I do not have parts, but I have done the job both ways, having swapped
wires and steel wheels between two cars, all in two afternoons.

In the front you need to change the splined hubs.  Bearing spindles and
disk brakes are all the same.  Drum brakes would be different, but I trust
that is not an issue here, as front drums were only for the 1500s.

In the rear you need to change (minimum) the axel housing and the
half-shafts (different length axels), the bearing hubs, and maybe the
differential sun gears (depending on the number of splines on the
halfshaft).  Easiest way to proceed there is just to change out the entire
real axle assembly.  Think about obtaining new u-bolts and rubber pad set
before starting.  Rear brakes are all the same.
