Hi James,

Actually I believe if you grind the cc following the existing contours
you will end up with a similar shape.  For CCing the heads, you should
do both at the smae time, it just takes a plexiglass blate and a
graduated beaker.  I know they sell kits for this but you can probably
buy the stuff cheaper.  You might purchase both components at a hobby
store.  

I watched my engine builder do this last year and he just clamps the
plate over the individual cylinder.  Then he fills the cylinder with a
lite oil from his beaker until the oil reaches the hole in the plate. 
Then he repeats the process on the next cc.
