thank you to everyone on the mark II help with the soft plug...turns out it
was actually the rear of head plate gasket that was leaking down the soft
plug...dodged a tuff one this time...but have a new question?? does anyone
know if anyone makes the original canister filter as found on this mark II it
doesn't come apart in two pieces (like the new substitute) but appears brand
new!!! wondering ehere it ame from or if it is new or reproduced ...any help
of course is appreciated.. I'm told this is how they were in the early 50
td's.
