I have never used 75W140 in a TD trans. I usually use MT 90, which is
equivalent to a 75W 90 or 10-40 oil. I use MTL in my MGB W/OD. I also have
a Volvo 122 w/OD, and it also uses MT 90. All shift very well, except the
MGB. It is a little "notchy". I have toyed with the idea of switching it to
MT 90.
