Andrew,
    Your oil leak from the rear corner of the rocker cover may be due to
the sealing surface of the cover being less than perfect.  Take the
cover off and lap the sealing surfaces by running them over some 280
grit sand paper on a good flat surface (I use my table saw table).  Keep
laping untill the sealing surface is even all the way around.
