Bob,

My fan is nice and tight too.  I'm ordering a new pump today as after I took 
the pulley off the coolant does appear to be coming from the relief hole in 
the bottom.  If you find someone that re-builds one let me know too as it 
seems a waste to throw the one I have out as it's pretty new.

Oh, btw: took the TD to the airport this AM and it's leaking again.
