Bob, my shift lever is 2.75 from the top of the gate to the end of the shaft
and the knob for it is much bigger than the choke knob. Barry Walker said he
had reproduced these but that probably means that Dowley has them too. You
might check with Phil Laiacoma, he might have reproduced them. He did
reproduce the TA knobs using my original as a pattern. Some of these knobs
were
black, some brown bakelite....my NA came with brown.
