Yeah, I have an article somewhere that talked fairly authoritatively about engine paint. I believe it might have been by Mike Allison. I think it was in a later MMM Yearbook. Let me see if I can find it again. I remember it talked about the 2-seater engine being a fairly dark red - almost an MGA color. I'll get back to you when I find it. Lew Lew, do you have any other references for green engines in 4-seaters? I want to believe it because I prefer green engines and have a lot of paint left over from the SA!!
