This question was very helpful.  I think I'm a resurrectionist.
Since I now have three Lotus with extra Enfo engines and
transmissions it sounds like I'm also a collector.  Both my
Seven and the LoCort were acquired as junk.  The Europa
needed fixing.

Bringing junk back to life consumes time and money which
keeps me from driving.  Which I should be doing more.

I just bought a TwinCam on Ebay for the LoCort.  It's not the
correct engine but Ken at Dave Bean suggested a Europa
engine as the best low buck approach.  If anyone out there
wants to tell me about TwinCam carburetion, I have questions.
