I think your approach to this is flawed. You are making a clearly logical
engineering analysis of a social process.
I made a mistake by using the word "volunteer". I should have written
"people with various backgrounds and experiences frequently unrelated to
their club duties".
The point I was trying to make is that while a few rulings by these club's
have been the result of personal vendettas, the rest have not been a
deliberate attack on anyone person or group. Just ______ mistakes.
(insert an adjective of your choice)
As far as the 2 club goes, there is one thing they have refused to do
that upsets me, but that's MY problem.
