Just to add a little to the world of tubing there was a belly tank lakester built by Hoffman & Markley that was bird cage construction inside the tank body. The car is now owned by John Swanson and has a OFFY on board. The chassis was upgraded in the roll cage area to meet the current rules and should run at the May 2002 meet.
