Just to add a little spice to the conversation. I found a 100 once a LONG time ago with no engine/trans and thought that the Toyota 2.2 four cylinder R-20 and 5 speed would have been a great swap. About the same HP and torque characteistics, less wieght and still in the right location. Yes, I know, the V-8 is a favorite but...I now see some are putting the Toy 5 speed in...I guess I was too far ahead of my time... LOL Dave 59 BT7 project |
