These Synchro rings will fit all the Big Triumph transmissions and they sho=
uld be available in 6-8 weeks. I do hope there is more interest in these th=
an the Spit / GT6 Synchro's, those sales have been quite underwhelming so f=
ar unfortunately. BPNW is carrying the Spit rings as an FYI.

I believe there is a real need for parts like these because the OEM stuff i=
s long gone and todays aftermarket parts are real junk. I am building a pro=
duct line of all sorts of different manufacture's Synchro rings and the Tri=
umph rings were first just because I have been involved in with racing Triu=
mphs for 25 years and have been wishing someone else would have done the wo=
rk and spent the money to develop parts like this. It's way easier to buy p=
arts than go through the expense, development and time not to mention gambl=
ing that guys will see the value and buy them and I hope is worth it for me=
to do this. There are many transmission conversions out there now and it's=
mainly because of the synchro issue.=C2=A0
The rings will cost $85 each which is a lot compared to a $15 aftermarket r=
ing but they actually work and should be the last rings you will ever need.=
Adding $300 to a transmission build is nothing when you know it's going to=
work and less than nothing when you are considering a $3000-5000 conversio=
n kit.

This is what I have going on at the moment

 Amici,
I've gotten my hands on a set of Rick Parent's steel, carbon faced TR6 sync=
hros.
Both my race GT6 and my street 2.5L GT6 use the TR6 gearbox; I've been foll=
owing his development with great interest.=C2=A0
I've installed the synchros in the gearbox from my racecar, and am running =
that box in my street GT6 for testing purposes prior to Kastner Cup.=C2=A0=
=C2=A0
They fit well to the gears,=C2=A0 no rocking like the out of round repro pa=
rts.=C2=A0 Hand fitting to the gears they clearly have a stronger "bite" th=
an even good original parts.
For the past couple days, I've been driving it around like a madman to see =
what they will do.=C2=A0 =C2=A0So far, I'm impressed- they take a ham fiste=
d, non rev matched, too fast jam into first gear without any drama.=C2=A0 F=
ast shifts up and down thru the gears feel great too.
I'm awful excited to give them a proper stress test at Pittrace.

I don't have any financial interest in these,=C2=A0 but I am sharing becaus=
e I feel all of us racing with a TR gearbox stand to benifit.
