Fun story...
I spent untold hours crafting a replacement front spoiler to be told they we=
ren=E2=80=99t legal. The GCR in 1970 certainly provided for it.
Thankfully my period photos from 1972 clearly showed the spoiler on the car.=
Fun part is, I didn=E2=80=99t check the old reg until questioned. Measured t=
he dimensions and the spoiler was 1970 legal by the thinnest of margins...so=
metimes better to be lucky than good...
