I found just now that the big washer was touching the cover of the diff housing
: there is a groove where these 2 parts did touch. So the rubber mountings had
no function anymore. Maybe the vibration of the pinion/crownwheel has worked as
a hammering (in the curves)?

Marcel, I just had my diff apart to replace seals and just to look around
inside. I had to use a 20 ton press to get those bearings off the inner axle
shaft; very tight. I'd check the tolerances on the shaft and bearing. You may
have some wear in the parts. Pressing them back together took some force too.
Loc tite has a product for holding bearings onto shafts, green I think. It may
help.
Hope this helps and good luck.

The inner axle shaft (right side) has moved out of the axle house by as much as

The ball bearing has slided inwards on the axle shaft by the same amount
(retained by the oil seal housing). Has anyone experienced this? Before? I
noticed these bearings had moved a little, but never more than 3mm. In fact,
nothing does prevent the bearing of sliding on the axle shaft, except the
interference.
Does someone know a fix? Loctiting the bearing on the axle shaft? Machining a
groove for a circlip?
Marcel.
