I don't remember the particular fix for that, but it reminded me of Donnie 
Sopp and his Spitfire.  He had an engine leak he'd spent months if not years 
trying to fix.  Unsuccessful, he finally developed a gutter and down spout 
system 
to deal with it.

True story.
