I have had that starting problem before. I went several month parking on
slopes or leaving room to do a push start. Get it rolling, hop in and hit
the key.

It turned out to be the ground strap from the starter to the frame. I
sanded the area on the frame, tightened all the connections and it helped.
The final fix was repairing the cable itself. The cable inside the
connector had become corroded. I crimped on a new connector and the problem
was fixed.
