the SR20DE and SR20DET are popular choices. (nissan engines, DOHC, 4 valves
per cylinder, forged crank and rods form the factory). i've also seen a ford
duratec 2.3 16 valve motor in one. heck, i've seen a 13B! oh, of course, i
happen to be partial to the H20.

wondered if anybody has swapped in a modern 4 cyl into a Datsun Roadster
before. Are there "bolt in's" from the same Datsun/Nissan family? How about
other makes (I've wondered if one of those Aluminum 4cyl Mopar Wedge head
Midgit engines would fit, or an SRT-4 out of a Neon, with the RWD trans etc)
