axle replacement

I have a rear wheel wobble that I believe is due to a bent axle.  (I assume
the PO hit too large a pot hole.)
I plan to swap in the axle from my parts car, but I want to have on hand
all the seals, bearings, etc. I am likely to need to put the assembly back
together before I begin the swap.
I will be contacting one of the roadster vendors to place an order soon.
Assuming all I encounter is a bent axle, what all should I order?
