I have a towbar that attaches to the front bumper mounts and it's worked
perfectly for years now... however, I would STRONGLY suggest that you check
the bumper mount to make sure it's not rusted or have fatigued metal. You
don't want to have this break loose on a trip. I've seen the bumper mounts
beefed up and rewelded, so you may want to consider that as well. As
always, if you use a towbar, you need to check out the bolts holding it on
EVERY time you stop. I've had the bolts loosen on trips..
