Here's the front suspension related specs.


>From the Clymer Manual (converted from metric using 7.233 ft-lbs per kg-m):

Upper ball joint to wheel spindle - 4.5-5.5 kg-m (32.5-39.8 ft-lbs)

Lower ball joint to wheel spindle - 9.5-12.5 kg-m (68.7-90.4 ft-lbs)

Upper & lower ball joint to control arm - 2.2-2.4 kg-m (15.9-17.4 ft-lbs)

Disk dust shield through caliper mount - 3.5-4.9 kg-m (25.3-35.4 ft-lbs)

Caliper to caliper mount - 8.5-11.9 kg-m (61.5-86.1 ft-lbs)

Disk to hub - 5.5-7.6 kg-m (39.8-55.0 ft-lbs)

Lug nuts - 8-9 kg-m (57.9-65.1 ft-lbs)

Spring plate - 25-30 ft-lbs

Upper control arm spindle to frame - 35-42 ft-lbs

Lower control arm spindle to frame - 25-30 ft-lbs

Wheel spindle nut - 30 ft-lbs then back off 1/8 turn


I don't have the other torque specs.
