Regarding the U20 cams, if a regrind is needed, Delta Cam in Tacoma, WA has
proper U20 grinds, developed using a Cam Doctor to plot out the proper ratio
etc. They can also regrind your rockers properly if needed. I am running a
somewhat hotter than Solex but still streetable cam in my U20 and am happy with
it. However, keep in mind that my motor is modified from stock, so I cannot say
how well it would work for anyone elses application.
