RE: Seat Belts or harnesses

I'm about to install 4 point harnesses in my 65 1600.

I'm wondering where to mount the shoulder belts? I don't have a rollbar, so
the options are either far back on the parcel shelf or into the steel
separating the boot (trunk) from the passenger compartment. I want to know
what you think. Which would be the stronger, and what sort of reinforcement
should I use behind the steel?
