Panasport fitting question

Does anyone know if fitting a 15x7 panasport on a 311 is possible withough 
any fender modifications?  If so, any reccommendations on tire size?  
195/50/15 or do I need a lower side wall?

I found a set online for $500 and want to make sure they will fit before 
droppign the cash.
