1500 questions

I am considering a drum to disc brake conversion for
my 64 1500.  Can anyone tell me about the realistic
and doable conversion options.     

I will change the wheels from the 13" to 14" as this
makes conversion options easier.  In fact, I would
like to fit stock 1600/2000 wheels on my car (with
lower profile tyres).  Are there any offset or other
problems in fitting these rims to a 64 1500.
