Hello All,

I just got off the phone with Greg Smith, Vice President of Motorsport Auto.
As you may know, Motorsport is hosting the West Coast Z nationals on April
29th in the City of Orange. Although this is the day after Solvang, I am
putting out the word that SoCalROC, NOWROC, AZROC, or any other roadster
that cares to make the trip has a standing invitation to show there cars at
one of the largest Z car shows on the West Coast. They block off an entire
city street and turns it into a street fair. You can find out more info
about the show at www.zcarparts.com . Just click on the Z Car Nationals
Link.

Since there is no official category for our cars, we have been invited to
show our cars free of any registration fees. He plans to place the roadsters
right in the middle of the Z cars so we should get plenty of attention.
Folks, there will be A LOT of Z cars there and I have heard that Speedvision
will be there and I am sure the cars wil get LOTS of attention and lets face
it: we love getting attention when we are driving our cars. It should be a
great day and I for one will be going. I hope that many of you will come to
the show with me.

Greg has asked that I provide him with an idea of how many cars may come to
the show. I told him I would let him know by Wednesday of next week. So I
would like to have as big a turnout as possible for SoCalROC members as well
as any other roadster nuts who choose to come. I promise a good time will be
had by all.

For those of you who would like to join me at the show please let me know. I
look forward to hearing from you.
