The club is only as good as the steering wheel. A set of bolt cutters
that will go thru the wheel and the club is gone.
How about a manual valve under the hood spliced into the fuel line. 
Turn the gas off when you park and just enough to get a few blocks.
Not likely a thief will spend too much time looking for the cause of the 
stall.
Just get the h--- out of there.
