Even though your timing gears may look good at first glance, they warrant a 
closer inspection. I examined mine closely, and found wear between the 
teeth. The wear created round pockets between the teeth. This causes 
sloppiness in the timing.

Lee is right, if unsure, replace ALL timing components, not just the tensioners.
