Bad head (very bad)

My head is 4.455" with .015 of warpage.  The head thickness should be 
4.528" thick, going by earlier posts.

The machine shop will straighten it and then have to cut it down, upon 
which the cam tower shims will be necessary.  The head needs to be welded 
in 14 places, all the valve seals are bad, and one seat is bad.  But it 
checks out on the water pressure test.

What should I do?
