Funny you should post this. I just changed mine this Saturday. I
actually put a new one in because I found it for $30 and figured that
was cheap enough. I got it at Parts America.
After changing it I had to bleed the slave cylinder. That is located on
the side of the tranny. Right above where the hose connects there is a
bleeder valve. I used regular DOT 3 Brake fluid.
All in All about a 45 minute job. This was on a 68 1600
