Whatever you do DON'T use a regular household contact cement like you
would use for Formica, It will release when hot. The 3M super trim
adhesive is good. If you're afraid of spraying all over, spray the glue
into a tin can or unwaxed paper cup and apply to both sides with a
disposeable brush. Any neoprene contact adheseve for auto upholstery will
also do the trick (check local upholstery and foam suppliers). Do it with
plenty of ventilation, all these things rot your liver!
