Worth considering, but when I had a car delivered by
a professional car-hauling service from California to
here in Ottawa, they just asked for "minimal fuel".

The car was still left with enough fuel in it
to start and run, all fluids normal, etc.

Similar procedure when a friend bought a car
from me and shipped it to Germany by boat.
