Remember, it takes two rotations of the crank to get #1 piston at TDC. Actually, the piston will be at TDC once per revolution. Having it at TDC *and* having the valves both shut for the 'bang' part of the suck, squeeze, bang and blow cycle occurs once every two revolutions. mjb. |
