TR6 rear hub tools

I just got off the phone with Robb at BTC.  We have a plan:

    1. I buy two SnapOn ST845's and send them to him along with my
       new adjustment nuts; he widens the wrenches by .05" to fit
       the nuts.

    2. Given a drawing of my proposed puller adaptor, and he makes
       a sample one no charge (!).

    3. I get back the wrenches and adaptor and make a go at disassembling
       the hub.

If all goes well, Robb will then be able to offer S317's and replacement
M86C's as service tools in his catalogue.
