I have S326 if someone wants to read it.  I also have S. 1220, which
is basically trying to open up the artic for oil exploration.  It
is doubtful that any law passed that forces emissions compliance without
a grandfather clause of some type will make it past the courts, so I tend
not to worry about this kind of bill.  But then again, I'm young and
foolish....
