Does anyone have an idea of how much play, if any, is acceptable
between the wheel and spline. My TR3 has fairly new wheels
and splines that look good. The triangles look sharp and
symetrical but there is 1 to 2 degrees of slop. Previous tales
of the wheel stripping the spline after hard braking scares me.
Can the wheel hub expand if the knock-offs are tightened too
much? How can you tell if the splines or the wheels are bad?
All four of mine have about the same amount of play.
