| true, then the tax will be heavily weighted toward Blue Book.  This

| and near-vintage automobiles.  Last year, I paid $50 registration on
| the 1975 Aston Martin.

I think the objective of this bill is to raise money. Their point is to
make you pay $400.00 or $500.00 to register your Aston -Martin rather then the 
$50.00
you have paid. If there were not to be an increase they  wouldn't have bothered
writing the bill. //dickn
