I can just see it: "Yes, Mr. Dudley, we see that a Cobra 289 is worth $200K. That'll be $4000 for your 1992 registration, please." And if they're going to tax you for "improving your car", how will they enforce that? Will smog testing stations start to double as "Car Appraisal Stations"? ARGGH! - Jerry |
