Maybe there are more worker positions to fill now,
which strains the course worker pool. Do you need to
have 7 radios on course?
Well, for starters, there was this one lady who ran registration all day,
and never even walked the course! There was no waiver position to fill, and
at
Pleasanton, the runs were multiple laps of a 30 second course, with only 3
or 4 work stations.
It also seems like we have a lot more (and underutilized) setup workers.
How often do we have 2 people working grid? It really only takes 1...
