The FFR Cobra runs in AP as an "in excess of Section 17" Cobra, and the Tiger 
is in AP for the same reason.  Tigers and Cobras were both sold in the U.S. 
to be registered and driven on the road.  I guess the Porsche Cup car was an 
"in-excess" Porsche 911, though I wasn't in on that particular decision, and 
don't necessarily agree with it.  The Elise isn't an "in-excess" anything.
