in general the sticker the surface/tires the more a car will understeer.
the most basic way to control the steady state steer characteristic
(under/over steer) is with sway bar tuning.
however, the sticker a surface also the more roll you will get, requiring
more overall bar roll resistance. for example, at my target G force of
1.4, i require 321lb/in of total sway bar roll resistance to limit body roll
to 2 degrees. at 1.6 G's it becomes 480lb/in, a big increase!
so you may need i to increase the FRONT roll bar to decrease push because
the front tires are getting into positive camber. i remember i did a larger
front bar on my rx7 and it reduced the push.
