Absolutely true.  But it is even harder to convince the person when you 
don't know they exist.

We once tracked down the owner of the one lot I have always lusted after.  
That is the owner of Benecia Industries.  One guy who owns all that car park 
for the incoming automobiles in Benecia.  A Gazillion acres of fresh smooth 
asphalt.

Unfortunately he said "not only no, but Hell no!"  But we didn't know til we 
asked.
