Yes, that is an advantage of the rollback for cars so low that the door wouldn't clear the fender. The Jim-Glo has removable fenders for very low cars, but my BMW doors actually cleared the fender anyway so I never had to remove it. Since the trailer is always horizontal, not tilted, when the car is actually on it (as opposed to moving on or off) , it's not important where the fenders are when tilted (you wouldn't need to open the door while the trailer is tilted).
