The online registration was not linked from the SCCA site. The website is
not updated for 2003. It takes a while to compile all the pages and links
before bringing it online. The links from the 2003 Nats page are not
complete yet (it still shows the 2002 schedule).
The run orders were posted online in the June 2003, Fastrack.
