Part of what else is...as a tanker! There actually are a substantial number
of KC-130s operating around the world, including a few with our own Marines.
The Air Force special ops MC-130 can act as a tanker as well.
'Tis true, though, that the jet gas-passers at Topeka are KC-135s.
