Hell, I'd be happy with some type of ORDERING system that would allow
regions and or people to just call up, pay and get a rule book a few days
later.
Instead we are stuck with the same poor service, no returned phone calls, no
returned e-mail system that makes it an investment of time to order a $15
rule book......
