RE: video camera installation?

 Mount the camera as far back in the car as possible and zoom out all the
way. I've used two different cameras with that setup, and they both gave me
an A-pillar to piller view (or head to pillar), caught the shifter, and with
the high res digital one, even could make out the tach/speedo.

 I used a big suction cup mount from a company called hama (sic) stuck to
the back window. My friend found it on-line after a bit of digging, ~100.
