Is cutthroat bad? What is "out of hand?" Do you have any examples of this or
are you projecting?

Our (SFR's) OSP could be labeled as cutthroat. It's hard to imagine a VW Bug
taken to such a level. Turns out, right now, it's totally illegal for SM,
but we're trying to convince Jack Van Wettering to put the windshield wipers
back on the car. I guess he could put the original body panels on instead of
the single body fiberglass shell. Such an effort for a VW Bug, which
frequently gets TTOD in a field of 200 or more cars.

The same for Toyota Scarlets. These guys are absolutely nuts, racing only
for the local glory. It's one of our most successful (in terms of sheer
numbers) classes, and has been for fifteen years. They just eat it up.
