Ever been to a small circle track? Like a 1/4 mile oval?

Cram 25 cars onto one of these babies, and you see average speeds around
40MPH, with peaks around maybe 70. A 1/4 mile oval is *tiny*, but yet these
little bullrings are full of spectators at every race. And some of them
have local TV contracts.
