MD & PA Region Sound Requirements

The question was asked about sound level limits at Ft. Meade and
Harrisburg for MWCSCC events.

The answer from the MWCSCC and ALTD prez (the person who would
ultimately make the call) is that it is a judgment call based on the
MWCSCC rules, but he suspects cars running without mufflers would not
make the cut.

So, you take your chances if you show up without a muffler.
